1lb. ground beef

1 can stewed tomatoes

2 cans of tomato sauce

1 cup of water

2 T. of ketchup

1 T. of mustard

1 t. oregano

one t. basil

1 t. chili powder

one t. garlic salt

1 t. paprika

cook the hamburger and put in all of the ingredients. Set it on low and eat with pasta in 5-8 hours. So good and easy that it’s a family favorite.

1 lb cooked chicken (you can buy a rotisserie chicken at Costco)

1 c. white rice

2 cans of chicken broth

1 t. garlic salt

1 t. dried onion

2 c. grated cheddar cheese

one 8 oz can of tomato sauce

1 can of stewed tomato

I can of refried beans

1 T taco seasoning

one box of taco shells

1 cup cheese

Brown the Hamburger then through in the tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes make sure it is mixed well and then add the refried beans and top it with the taco seasoning. After getting a 9×13 pan put the taco shells standing up. This can be a little tricky use the others to prop it up. Fill it with the mixture and top it with the cheese.   • 1(15 1/2 ounce) can black beans
  • 1(15 ounce) can corn
  • 1(15 ounces) jar of salsa, any kind
  • 1(8 ounces) package cream cheese
  • Take 4-5 frozen, yes, frozen, boneless chicken breasts put into crock pot.
  • Add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar of salsa, 1 can of corn drained.
  • Keep in crock pot on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked.
  • Add 1 package of cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour.
  • All done and enjoy!

I change the salsa for stewed tomatoes. The best thing about this recipe is you can use it the first night with rice. The next night put it on taco shells and it is just as good.
